Welcome to my site

Equally at home on the recital stage, Ms. Díaz is known for exploring and performing a vast array of song repertoire. An engaging recitalist and concert singer, Susana specializes in a wide variety of Hispanic song, from zarzuela to songs from Cuba, Spain, and the Americas. She has consistently championed 20th Century song, particularly the vocal works of Anton Webern.

Ms. Díaz holds a Master of Music degree from the Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music, where she is also completing her doctoral thesis on the vocal works of Cuban-American composer Aurelio de la Vega.
